All content, designs, graphics, and code created by Boomx Online remain our intellectual property until full payment is made. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability
Boomx Online will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use or inability to use our services or website.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated or if there is non-payment.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under Mumbai jurisdiction.
